Indians Receive: CF/LF - Michael Brantley (5th) $1.0 2B - Jose Ramirez (Indians) (1st) $0.3 www.baseball-reference.com/players/r/ramirjo01.shtml2B/SS - Ronny Rodriguez (Indians) (1st) $0.3 www.baseball-reference.com/minors/player.cgi?id=rodrig003ronRockies Receive: 1B/3B - Ryan Wheeler (2nd) $0.5 OF - Kent Matthes (Rockies) (1st) $0.3 www.baseball-reference.com/minors/player.cgi?id=matthe001kenCaps: Rockies -$0.8 Indians +$0.8 Reasoning: This is a reversal of a deal made with the last Indians owner (http://fantasybaseball.boards.net/thread/252/tampa-bay-rockies-atlanta-indians). Whilst discussing the moves of the last Indians owner with the new Indians owner, it became apparent that that this was a trade that the new owner feels is not in the best interest of his team. Since the last owner was here for a very short period of time, and left the league acknowledging that it was too much for him, I felt it fair to offer a retraction. I will leave it to the judgement of TTC to decide on whether this can be voted on immediately or whether they would rather wait for the completion of the 7 day no-trade period for new owners.

I don't know if I need to accept this deal or not, but I'll give my reasoning for requesting the reversal. I'm not generally one to step in and disrupt a league by asking for trade reversals, but the previous owner must've had some information unknown to me or just really liked prospects who might play in Coors.
The two prospects leaving my squad in this deal are in my organization's top 10, they're both C+/B- prospects, and one of them (Ramirez) addresses a need on my team (SB). I also have a semi-apparent hole in LF due to this deal, which Brantley addresses. I don't know how the previous owner felt gaining two middling Rockies prospects was worth making holes on his team in the short and longterm.
I really appreciate py2sl's understanding on this deal. The previous owner seemed to be making deals all willy-nilly, whereas I'm in it for the long haul.
