To accompany the addition of rule 3.14, the following sub-rule will be added to section 6 (with changes to other numbers in the rules to accommodate the addition):
6.4 Failure to Maintain Historical Rosters
Any owner who edits their previous season's roster instead of posting a new thread for the new season (thereby failing to maintain a record of the previous season's roster) will have their salary cap lowered for the following year by $10.0m. Any owner found to delete any historical team roster without prior consent of the admins will be removed from the league.

Rule 8.8.2 previously stated:
8.8.2 Drafting Players from your (IRL) Teams Players selected in the draft that are property of one of your IRL teams will be assumed to be unprotected, and will consume no immediate cap space. However, (as for all unprotected prospects) rights to a player will be lost if they are left unprotected and subsequently traded IRL.
It has been changed to:
8.8.2 Drafting Players from your (IRL) Teams Players selected in the draft that are property of one of your IRL teams will be automatically assumed to be protected unless the drafting team does not have cap space to accommodate them. In this instance the player may still be drafted but will be assumed to be unprotected and will, by definition, consume no cap. However, (as for all unprotected prospects) rights to a player will be lost if they are left unprotected and subsequently traded IRL.
