It is getting close to the time where everyone should be adding as many of their players to their ESPN rosters. I know some of us have over 40 and some guys are hurt or you won't be using. But it helps to have as many guys added as possible so we can go through and see if we missed anybody. Or possibly someone signed a FA and just forgot to add to roster. We will probably be doing some "light" roster checks, so you should be looking over those as well to spot any errors/oversights. Thanks everyone!

Hey ESPN, some larger rosters would be cool.

yeah I don't like the roster limitations. maybe find a site that doesn't have a limit?

Looks like everyone is set barring one team. Only a week to go!

Opening day is nearly upon us!
There is still one team yet to add their roster.

That team should have to buy the first round of beers!

Just venting about ESPN. How is the immortal Devern Hansack listed as an available player on ESPN?! He last pitched in the majors in 2008 and was released by the Red Sox in 2010! But somehow they can't keep Ryan Madson or Rafael Betancourt listed?! Both of whom pitched today, but that is neither here nor there. Happy Opening Day!

I wouldn't be against us finding another fantasy site.

there was the whole Mookie Betts fiasco last year too
the only other site i've used is yahoo, not sure how they compare in terms of roster sizes, depth of player pool etc though. i guess we have about 50 weeks to discuss it before we have to decide for next year!

CBS is horrible, and the last time I used Yahoo (admittedly several years ago) I thought it was a bit of a mess. I believe fantrax is quite configurable, but unless they've upgraded since I was last there it isn't as sleek as ESPN.
Does anybody have any recommendations?

Just looked at fantrax, it seems pretty basic but maybe could work. I was thinking CBS or Yahoo would be better, but I haven't been on either of those for a while.

I have a league on CBS and it is TERRIBLE and you have to pay for it. I've been trying to move my league off that site for years.

ESPN is fine. I was just pointing out the absurdity of the fact that a guy out of baseball for 5 years was on there, but guys still playing after a couple of injury years were completely removed. Any provider/site is going to have quirks and share of issues. I did look at some alternatives and it doesn't seem to be worth the hassle.

Cool, I'm not a huge fan of the big redesign either, but ESPN it is.
