1) There are currently no divisions, just a 15 team roto table with one winner.
2) The proposed change is to create three divisions based on the geographical location of each team. The 15 team roto table would still be used for scoring, with the team coming top winning the world series. The team winning the world series would also win their division. Teams not winning the world series but leading all other teams in their division would be awarded division championships. The team finishing highest in the 15 team roto table but not winning any division would be recognised as the wildcard winner.
This would give more teams silverware to chase (flags fly forever!), boosting interest right through to the end of the season. It also awards more honours to good teams that don't quite make it. Furthermore, it may begin to breed inter-divisional rivalries which may affect how you trade or build your team.
Divisons would be as follows: West: Seattle Marlins Oakland Diamondbacks Houston Mets Kansas City Blue Jays St Louis Rangers
Central: Chicago Padres Chicago Pirates Cleveland Orioles Atlanta Indians Detroit Angels
East: Tampa Bay Rockies Washington Brewers Philadelphia Twins New York Giants Boston Sock Dodgers
Option 1) keep it how it is Option 2) introduce divisions, division champions and a wildcard winner
