Following discussions with Turbanator and bigfly73, I have made some significant edits to Section VII of the rules to reflect the original intentions of the league. Please read through these changes.

Not to be daft (although I am) I can't really tell what has changed in the rules. Is there a way you could summarize for me?

In a nutshell:
all 4th - 6th year players must pass through waivers before being protected (before any 4th - 6th could be protected as long as they were not on the next waivers list) the details about offseason waivers were added (before there was none) if a 3rd - 5th is dropped this season and is not claimed or protected again this season, he will be added into the first offseason waivers next year (this didn't exist before)
I think that's about it.
I've also added some details to the first offseason waiver thread to show what sort of information will be provided.

Ron - thanks for the question, I know that you were not the only one who wanted to ask this.
