All,
I know it's a little way away, but I thought I'd highlight to everyone that the following minimum contract requirements have been added to some of the upcoming IFAs:
Tanaka - 3 yr minimum Gonzalez - 2 yr minimum Guerrero - 2 yr minimum Abreu - 2 yr minimum
And before anybody asks (because I'm sure someone will), I can confirm that the affiliated/associated team in our league does not get any discount when bidding on an IFA who signed for their IRL team.

Too late I asked that question like 3 weeks ago. And did you determine the minimum length based on their previous stats or like the contract they just signed? Just curious

It was discussed amongst the admins and TTC, and we reached a consensus that these players were expected to perform to higher standards than your regular 'group D' free agent. I think we all agreed that these lengths were representative both of the contracts they received and their anticipated performance. Tanaka shouldn't be available on a 1 year deal, and the others followed naturally after that.
