Rule 2.5 previously stated:
2.5 Salaries for 4th - 6th year players Fourth year (4th), fifth year (5th) and sixth year (6th) year hitters who have less than 50 ABs in the previous season will automatically be given a salary of $1.0. Fourth year (4th), fifth year (5th) and sixth year (6th) year pitchers who have less than 10 IP in the previous season will automatically be given a salary of $1.0.
Otherwise, salaries for 4th - 6th year players are calculated using the player's statistics from the previous season and an arbitration calculator (detailed in rule 2.6): Fourth year (4th) = 50% of the calculated value, or up to $6.0 million or a minimum of $1.0 million Fifth year (5th) = 70% of the calculated value, or up to $9.0 million or a minimum of $1.0 million Sixth year (6th) = 90% of the calculated value, or up to $12.0 million or a minimum of $1.0 million
Normal rounding rules apply if calculating the arbitration figure returns a salary that goes to two or more decimal places.
It has been changed to:

To accompany the amendments to rules 2.6.1 and 2.6.2, the following sub-rule will be added:
2.6.3 Arbitration Bandings Guidance (for Admins Calculating the Bandings for the New Season)
Any ties overlapping a boundary qualify for the higher banding, and are included for counting purposes when calculating the next boundary. Example - if the top 4th, 5th and 6th contributor in a category are all tied then they would all receive the top 5 value. There would then only be four players receiving the top 10 banding (as the 6th place contributor was accounted for in a tie within the top 5). All players with 149 PAs or fewer are excluded from the OBP calculation. All pitchers with fewer than 5 starts or 49.2 IP or fewer are excluded from the SP ERA/WHIP calculations. All pitchers with 5 starts or more or 19.2 IP or fewer are excluded from the RP ERA/WHIP calculations. Tip - Fangraphs is an easier resource for calculating the ratio boundaries than MLB.com.

Rule 6.7 previously stated:
6.7 Invalid Free Agency Bids There will be no penalty for the first or second invalid free agency bid made during the off-season free agency period. For a third invalid free agency bid made during the same off-season free agency period, the team will be disqualified from bidding in the remainder of the open group, but allowed to bid in subsequent groups. For any subsequent invalid free agency bid(s) made during the same off-season free agency period, the team will again be disqualified from bidding in the remainder of the open group, but allowed to bid in subsequent groups. In addition, the penalised team will have their salary cap lowered $1.0 per infraction for the coming season.
All invalid free agency bids will be voided by an Admin. When communicating the voidance of the bid in the free agent thread the Admin will confirm the penalty status of the penalised team.
Examples of invalid free agency bids: A free agency bid that would take the bidding team over cap if all outstanding offers were winning offers A free agency bid including a club option that would take the bidding team over the maximum annual allowance of club options if all outstanding offers were winning offers A free agency bid made in a window from which the bidding team has already been disqualified A free agency bid claiming a hometown discount which is not available to that team (in case of genuine/mathematical error Admins will use their discretion to determine intent and whether the infraction would qualify towards the penalty scale)
