Has it decidec what compensation would be in the draft if we lose a type a free agent in free agency?

I may be in the minority, but with a hometown discount rule on FA, I don't see any reason to receive any comp. Everyone has an advantage to resign there own FA. If they choose not to do so, that should be on them.

Other than the home town discount, there is no compensation for losing a 'type a' free agent in free agency.
